Trūata Appoints Martina Hund-Mejean to Board of Directors

Dublin, 1 April, 2019 – Trūata is pleased to announce the appointment of Martina Hund-Mejean to its Board of Directors, effective 1 April 2019. Ms. Hund-Mejean brings extensive experience to the Trūata Board, most notably serving as chief financial officer for Mastercard for 11 years before retiring in March of 2019.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Ms. Hund-Mejean held senior roles at Tyco, Alcatel-Lucent, General Motors and Dow Chemical. She also serves as a member of the board of directors of Prudential Financial, Inc.; a member of the board of trustees of The University of Virginia, Darden School Foundation; a member of the board of directors of the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York; and a member of the board of The Arthur F. Burns Fellowship.
